The Pittsburgh Penguins today announced that four of their pre-season games will be televised – three by ROOT SPORTS and one by PCNC.
ROOT SPORTS will carry all three home pre-season games – Wednesday, Sept. 21 vs. Detroit at 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 22 vs. Chicago at 7 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 24 vs. Minnesota at 3 p.m. The game vs. Minnesota is the “Free Game for Kids,” where the Penguins will distribute 18,000 free tickets to area youth.
PCNC will televise the Sunday, Oct. 2 pre-season game at Detroit. Please note that game time is 5 p.m. (it had originally been scheduled at 4 p.m.).
Paul Steigerwald and Bob Errey will call the action for all four televised pre-season games.
